I undertake to vacate the accommodation on ______________and will not overstay without prior written permission of Assistant Estate Manager, 26-Haddows Road, Shastri Bhawan, Chennai, failing which I will be liable to pay market rate of licence fee as damages and other legal action etc. B I shall not claim refund in case the accommodation booked is not utilised by me.
